This Terms of Service page explains the core conditions under which publishers, advertisers, and partners may use the Dune Ads network and publisher platform.

1. Using the Dune Ads Platform

By accessing any part of the Dune Ads platform, you confirm that you are legally allowed to run or buy traffic and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and campaign-specific rules we share with you.

2. Publisher Responsibilities

• Send only genuine, human traffic with no bots or fake leads.
• Use creatives and flows that are accurate, non-deceptive, and approved where required.
• Provide correct account, payment, and contact information and keep it up to date.
• Respect GEO, cap, and traffic-type restrictions listed on each campaign.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date offer descriptions, landing pages, and funnel flows.
• Do not scrub or reject valid leads without reasonable cause or prior agreement.
• Fund campaigns and pay invoices according to the agreed payout schedule.

4. Quality Review & Account Actions

Dune Ads reserves the right to pause campaigns, withhold traffic, or temporarily hold payouts while we investigate quality or compliance issues. Accounts that repeatedly violate our rules or applicable law may be limited or closed.
