The Dune Ads Compliance Guidelines outline the main rules we use to protect advertisers, publishers, and end users across our network.

1. Prohibited Traffic & Practices

• Bot traffic, fake signups, or any form of artificially generated leads.
• Misleading creatives, false claims, or non-compliant landing pages.
• Promotion that violates local laws or the advertiser’s terms (for example, restricted financial or health claims).
• Unauthorized use of a brand’s logo, name, or trademarks outside of approved creatives.

2. Monitoring & Investigation

Dune Ads may review traffic patterns, request logs or evidence, pause campaigns, or temporarily hold payouts to investigate quality or compliance concerns. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and transparently.

3. Consequences of Violations

Serious or repeated violations can lead to campaign pauses, reversal of invalid conversions, payment holds, or account closure. We prioritize long-term, trustworthy relationships over short-lived volume.

4. Reporting a Concern

If you believe traffic, creatives, or an offer is not compliant, please contact support@duneads.com with as much detail as possible so our team can review quickly.
